We are hiring a freelance self-starter who wants to work with great people on high-profile creative projects and have fun. This role is primarily remote with the occasional in-person commitment.

You could be involved in projects such as street Art projects, creative interventions in public spaces, workshops, and cultural placemaking research…

THE ROLE

Your role as The Daisy Chain “Reactor” will be to:

Project Administration including:

  • Taking meeting minutes, updating Monday.com (CRM) with action items from meetings, and keeping track of those actions to support smooth project execution and adherence to schedules.

  • Ensuring all project members have the necessary information and equipment for efficient work.

  • Following up with team members to keep tasks on track.

  • Managing calendars and submission procedures for project, tenders and other deliverables.

  • Creating and maintaining project budgets.

Written and Visual Content support including:

  • Copywriting and content creation for social media and website

  • Drafting of tender and quote submissions, reports, and additional write-ups required for projects

  • Proofreading and editing text

  • Designing reports, presentations, and other graphic content while adhering to brand guidelines and identity

  • Managing the website and ensuring it is up-to-date

Ad-hoc assignments relating to Customer projects

Your superpowers are:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite

  • Good eye for detail

  • A task-completer

  • Active listening skills

  • Diligent, thorough and detail-oriented

  • Flexible – open to change

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Access to a car would be helpful but not essential.

  • Willingness to Tik-Tok so that we don’t have to

  • Ability and willingness to travel to Belfast on an occasional basis with due notice

The technicalities:

  • This freelance role is a part-time, project-by-project-based role with a minimum commitment of 50 hours per month.

  • Days can be long. Work can span over weekdays/weekends

  • It is our ambition that this role will grow to be able to offer full-time hours within 12-18 months

  • Salary: £15 per hour
